TK Tours is committed to providing a service that is accessible and inclusive for all passengers. We recognise that passengers have diverse needs and we aim to accommodate these wherever possible.
Vehicle accessibility
Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a standard-height vehicle and is not fitted with a wheelchair ramp or hydraulic lift. It is best suited to passengers who are able to step up into the vehicle independently or with the assistance of a travel companion.
If you have specific mobility or accessibility requirements, we strongly encourage you to contact us before booking so we can discuss whether our service is suitable and explore any available options.
Child seats
Child seats can be provided upon request at no additional charge. Please specify the age and weight of the child at the time of booking so we can ensure the correct seat type is provided.
Service animals
Guide dogs and assistance animals are welcome in all TK Tours vehicles. Please advise us at the time of booking so the chauffeur can be prepared.
Communication
We communicate primarily via email and phone. If you require communication in an alternative format or have a hearing or speech impairment, please let us know and we will make reasonable adjustments to accommodate you.

Website accessibility
We aim to make our website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Our ongoing efforts include:
- Meaningful alternative text for all non-decorative images
- Keyboard navigation support throughout the site
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds
- Logical heading structure for screen reader compatibility
- Responsive design that works on mobile devices and screen magnification
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
We acknowledge that some areas of the website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, and we are working to address these progressively.
