Bridal party travel, guest movements and after-party returns. We sit with you and your planner, draw the day on a single page, and keep the movements simple.
The logistics of a Melbourne wedding day are more complex than almost any other event. Multiple locations, strict timing, guests arriving from different addresses, and a bridal party that needs to look composed at every stop. Getting the transport wrong — a late vehicle, a driver who doesn't know the route, a vehicle that isn't set up for a dress — creates problems that ripple through the entire day.
We work with you and your planner in the weeks before the wedding to produce a written run sheet covering every movement: pickup times, addresses, drive times, loading logistics and the order of the day. On the day itself, the chauffeur follows the plan and keeps the movements happening on schedule — without needing to be asked.
Our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seats up to 12 passengers and is our house vehicle for bridal party transport. For larger wedding guest shuttles, a coach for up to 34 can be arranged through our trusted partner network.
Our house Sprinter is prepared for the bridal party — interior clean, climate set, and the cabin arranged with ample space for dresses, bouquets and personal items. A suited chauffeur will assist with boarding and alighting at every stop.
We handle shuttles between accommodations, ceremony and reception venues so your guests arrive together and on time. Our Sprinter handles smaller guest groups; for larger parties, a coach can be arranged. Multiple runs across the day are standard.
If your photography takes place at one or more locations between the ceremony and reception, we work this into the run sheet as a scheduled stop — no ad-hoc requests on the day, just a planned route that keeps the schedule intact.
When the night concludes, we provide safe and organised returns for the bridal party and guests back to their accommodations — no matter the hour. Late returns are booked in advance and priced into the written quote.
We finalise and sign off on a precise run sheet two weeks before the wedding, covering every movement, timing, address and contact detail. On the day itself, the driving happens according to the plan — without questions or interruptions.
