1. About these terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of TK Tours' transport services and website. By making a booking with TK Tours Pty Ltd (ABN 66 685 965 691), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Bookings and quotes
All quotes are provided in writing and are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from TK Tours. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
Quotes are fixed at the time of confirmation. The quoted price will not change unless there is a material change to the booking (e.g. significant route change, additional stops or extended waiting time beyond the agreed allowance).
3. Payment
Payment terms are stated on your booking confirmation. Most bookings require payment in full prior to the service date. Corporate account clients may be invoiced following service delivery, subject to prior arrangement.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and major credit cards. Credit card surcharges may apply.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@melbournegrouptours.com.au.
- More than 7 days before the service: Full refund, less any payment processing fees.
- 3–7 days before the service: 50% refund.
- Less than 72 hours before the service: No refund. The full booking fee applies.
- No-shows: No refund. The full booking fee applies.
TK Tours reserves the right to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. vehicle failure, severe weather, driver illness). In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
5. Vehicle and capacity
Our house vehicle is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter seating up to 12 passengers. Exceeding the stated vehicle capacity is not permitted for safety and legal compliance reasons. Coach hire for larger groups is arranged through a third-party partner and subject to that operator's own terms.
6. Passenger conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward the chauffeur and other passengers. TK Tours reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if a passenger's behaviour poses a safety risk or causes damage to the vehicle.
Consumption of food in the vehicle is by prior arrangement only. Alcohol consumption is at the chauffeur's discretion. Smoking is not permitted in any TK Tours vehicle.
7. Delays and flight tracking
For airport transfers, TK Tours monitors flights in real time and adjusts pickup timing accordingly where operationally possible. Complimentary wait time is 60 minutes from the scheduled landing time. Additional waiting time beyond 60 minutes may incur a charge.
8. Liability
TK Tours carries public liability insurance and compulsory third-party insurance as required by Victorian law. To the extent permitted by law, TK Tours' liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the value of that booking.
TK Tours is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, third-party actions or events beyond our control.
9. Lost property
TK Tours is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. If you believe you have left an item in the vehicle, contact us promptly and we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return it.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
