One of the world's great coastal drives — from Torquay to the Twelve Apostles and beyond. We take your group along the cliff edge and back, in a chauffeured Sprinter. One day or two. Fixed price, written itinerary.
The Great Ocean Road hugs 250 km of Victoria's south-west coastline — one of the most dramatic stretches of road in the world. Built by returned soldiers after World War I, it passes through surf towns, rainforest gullies, shipwreck heritage and the limestone stacks of the Twelve Apostles. For groups, the road is best experienced without a designated driver. Our Sprinter takes the wheel, leaving everyone free to watch the coast unfold.
Our Mercedes Sprinter seats up to 12 and is the right vehicle for this journey. For larger groups, we can arrange an Isuzu coach through our trusted partner network.
Early departure from your Melbourne address or hotel. The road is best driven before the tourist buses arrive. Chilled water onboard.
The official start of the Great Ocean Road. Bells Beach is one of Australia's most famous surf breaks — worth a stop even if the waves are flat.
Coffee at the iconic Split Point Lighthouse. Lorne is the first major town — worth a walk and a look at the beach before continuing west.
A long lunch at the water's edge in Apollo Bay. The town is relaxed, the seafood is excellent, and the view of the bay is a good reason to linger.
The most photographed formation on the coastline. We time the approach to avoid peak visitor traffic where possible. Worth every minute of the drive.
Return via the inland Princes Highway for variety and speed. Melbourne by early evening.
This is a sample only. The 2-day itinerary includes an overnight in Lorne or Apollo Bay and allows for a more relaxed pace along the full length of the road. Contact us to begin planning.
Depart at a civilised hour. Stops at Bells Beach, Anglesea and Aireys Inlet before arriving in Lorne for a late lunch. Afternoon walk along the Erskine Falls trail. Dinner in Lorne, overnight at a hotel or self-contained house (not arranged by us).
Morning departure through the Otway Ranges. Stop at the Otway Lighthouse and walk through the rainforest before arriving at the Twelve Apostles. Inland return via Colac and Geelong — back in Melbourne by early evening.
The Great Ocean Road starts at Torquay, roughly 90 minutes from Melbourne. The Twelve Apostles are about 4 hours from Melbourne — which is why a two-day itinerary is worth considering for groups who don't want to rush.
Our Mercedes Sprinter accommodates up to 12 passengers. For larger groups, an Isuzu coach for up to 34 can be arranged through our trusted partner.
Yes. We depart early and return in the evening. The day is full but the drive is comfortable. For groups wanting more time at each stop, the overnight itinerary is a better fit.
